Why Producer Company?

Producer Company aims at the Production, harvesting, processing, procurement, grading, pooling, handling, marketing, selling, export of the primary producers of the Members or import of goods or services for their benefit.

To render technical and consultancy services, training, education, research and development, and all other activities to promote the interest of its members.

The power will be generated, transmitted, and distributed, the land and water resources will be revitalized for its utilization, conservation, and communications relatable to primary produce, protection, and communication, being relatable to primary produce.

The primary product or the producers will be promoting mutual assistance, welfare measures, financial services, and insurance.

1. Limited Liability, Better Management are the two important features of Producer Company Limited Liability- The property of the director will be safe as the loss on unlimited liability will be considered only from the invested amount on business.
2. Better Management- In Producer Company, the management of the entire business isn’t carried by a single farmer, but is divided among its directors. Since it has a separate legal existence, the death of any members cannot affect the functioning.

To Register Producer Company in India

1. Sourcing the DIN and DSC of the Producer Company’s recommended first Directors.
2. At ROC, the name reservation with the suffix “Producer Limited Company”, can be filed. It takes up to 10-15 days for approval.
3. After submitting all necessary documents, the certificate of incorporation will be issued through the proper channel.

For Directors and Shareholders:

1. Scanned Copy of PAN Card
2. Scanned copy of Voter’s Id/ Passport/ Driver’s license
3. Scanned copy of the latest bank statement/ Telephone or mobile bill/ electricity or gas bill
4. Passport size photograph
5. Director’s signature in a blank document.

For the Registered Office:

1. Scanned copy of the Latest Bank Statement/ Telephone bill or Gas bill
2. Scanned copy of the notarized rental agreement
3. Scanned copy of the NOC from the property owner
4. Scanned copy of sale deed or property deed

In response to the tremendous growth of start-up ecosystems as a result of incubation centres in India, the Nashik-based Sahyadri FPC will launch its own with the assistance of other partners. The government will further nurture FPC by achieving profitability and optimal growth.

81 Farmer Producer Companies with the approval of the State Horticulture Department of Haryana are engaged in supplying fruits and vegetables from their member farms to end-consumers in their respective areas.
